These terms govern your use of Bid. They are written to be read, not to be skimmed past — the sections that matter most are the ones about custody, fees and risk, because those are the ones that decide what happens to your money.
Bid is a non-custodial interface. It runs as a Telegram bot and a Mini App, and it does two things: it helps you construct transactions that you send to public blockchains, and it hosts a social layer — profiles, follows, theses, leaderboards and clans — built on top of the trades those transactions produce.
Bid is not a broker, dealer, exchange, market maker, investment adviser, fund, or custodian. It does not take possession of your assets, hold them on your behalf, or stand on the other side of your trades. It does not match orders. Trades are executed by third-party protocols on public blockchains, and the resulting assets sit in wallets only you can spend from.
Nothing on Bid is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Leaderboards, trending lists, theses, follow suggestions and any other ranking or surface are information about what other people did — not a recommendation that you do it. See the Risk Disclosure.
To use Bid you must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering this agreement.
You must not use Bid if you are located in, ordinarily resident in, or organised under the laws of a country or territory subject to comprehensive sanctions, or if you are a person listed on any sanctions list administered by the United States (OFAC), the United Kingdom, the European Union or the United Nations. You must not use Bid on behalf of any such person.
Digital-asset trading is regulated differently in every jurisdiction, and in some it is restricted or prohibited outright. Determining whether you may lawfully use Bid where you live is your responsibility, and so is any tax arising from what you do with it. We may restrict access from particular jurisdictions at any time, with or without notice.
An account is created when you start the bot. It is tied to your Telegram account, which means whoever controls your Telegram controls your Bid account. Securing Telegram — a strong password, two-step verification, an unshared device — is the single most important thing you can do to protect your funds. We cannot undo a transaction made by someone who got into your Telegram.
Each account is issued its own wallets — one Solana, one EVM — created and held by Privy, with private keys generated and stored inside secure hardware enclaves. Keys are never written to our servers, never stored in our database, and never sent through Telegram. Funds are not pooled: your wallets are yours alone.
You can export your private keys at any time, without asking us, from the Mini App. Exported keys import into any ordinary wallet. Once you hold a key, its security is entirely in your hands: we cannot recover it, reset it, freeze it, or reverse anything done with it. Anyone who obtains it can take everything in that wallet, permanently.
Bid will never ask you for a private key or seed phrase — not support, not an admin, not a "verification" step. Anyone who does is stealing from you.
Bid charges a platform fee of 1.5% (150 basis points) on each buy and each sell. The fee is taken as part of the trade and is shown to you in the confirmation summary before anything is signed.
Out of that fee, single-level distributions are paid to other participants: 0.25% to the referrer who first brought you to Bid, 0.20% to the treasury of the group a trade was placed in, and 0.25% of group-placed trades to the weekly pot. The remainder is retained by Bid. Total distributions are capped in aggregate at 60% of the fee.
Fees are subject to change; the current figures are always the ones quoted in the app and in the documentation. Changes are not retroactive.
Network gas, protocol and routing fees, bridge costs, price impact and slippage are costs of using public blockchains and third-party protocols. They are not ours, we do not receive them, and they vary with network conditions.
The weekly pot is a promotional feature, not an investment product, a security, or a deposit. It is funded from the fee share described above and paid out at the end of each season.
We may adjust the rules, correct scoring errors, withhold a payout from any participant we reasonably believe has manipulated the result, or end the pot entirely. Nothing here is a promise that you will win or receive anything.
You agree not to:
We may suspend or terminate access to the Bid service for breach of this section. We cannot and do not restrict your wallets: your keys remain exportable and your funds remain yours regardless of whether your access to the service continues.
A verification badge means we have taken steps to confirm that a profile is the authentic account of the person or team it appears to represent. It is issued at our discretion and can be removed at any time.
A badge is informational only. It is not an endorsement, not a recommendation, not a statement about anyone's trading ability or honesty, and not a reason to copy anybody's trades.
Bid depends on services it does not control, including Telegram, Privy (wallet infrastructure), Jupiter and 0x (trade routing), Relay (cross-chain routing), blockchain RPC providers, and market-data and token-security providers. Trades route through established third-party protocol contracts; Bid deploys no smart contracts of its own.
Your use of those services may be governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for their acts, omissions, outages, bugs, exploits or changes, and their failure may cause your transaction to fail, to execute at a worse price than quoted, or to result in loss.
Bid is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, that quoted prices will be obtainable, or that any transaction will confirm. We may change, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time, and we may impose limits — including a hold on withdrawals to an address you have not used before, which exists to protect you.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a new "last updated" date, and continuing to use Bid after that constitutes acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and export your keys.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bid and its operators disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunity, or the loss or decline in value of any digital asset, whether arising from trading losses, price movements, failed or delayed transactions, protocol or bridge exploits, network congestion, third-party failures, or unauthorised access to your Telegram account.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator of Bid is established, and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Nothing here deprives a consumer of the protection of mandatory provisions of the law of their own country of residence.
